I used to do consulting, and I still do that very occasionally. I am largely retired from Web accessibility (only). Mostly I do research on accessibility – topics like captioning, audio description, and Web accessibility. I am setting up an accessibility research project. I do a lot of work on the typography of the Toronto subway (TTC). My writing includes hundreds of articles, one book (more on the way), and a personal blog.
